Hi Eric and guys! I recently bought a 2001 Honda Civic 1.4 and the battery was dying over night and it turned out it was 8 years old so i bought a new one. I wanted to check if there was a parasitic draw somewhere so i checked out Your video and get to work. I did every step, but when i touch the negative terminal with my multimeter tips my position light starts blinking and the reading goes from 0 to 2,4A. Why are those lights turn on? I think its linked to alarm system because when i put my terminal back on the light stay that way, until i press my key fob to disarm it. How can i perform this test without triggering this “security feature”?
