I have a 2002 Ford Escape XLT that I just replaced all the suspension on and realized that my out tie rods are a bit smaller then the old ones which cause the front of the front tires to stick out to the opposite side of each other. Is there a way to do a quick alignment without having to remove the out tie rods? I just need a quick visual alignment so I can drive it to a shop for a professional alignment.
