Hey everyone.
So lastnight on the way home my passenger side, rear shock absorber mount decided to give up. My car is a 2008 Mazda 3 with 241,000 km’s(150,000 miles). With the information I could find you could get aluminum or metal. I’m going to replace both in the rear anyways. Just with the vehicle being 14 years old, that mileage. Is it really worth it going to Metal? Are OEM ones aluminum? I know I am going to be the last owner of this vehicle but is going more to what I think is premium(metal) than the aluminum, is it worth it? Just having people tell me to ‘get metal, it’s better” doesn’t really sway the argument.-
