Small block 350 chevy low idle when warm

94 GMC 2500 with 350ci engine.

Idles normal when starting cold. After driving and getting it up to operating temperature, when sitting at a stop sign with it in gear the tach reads 250-300rpm. The engine may stall if I stay in gear and stopped for a longer period of time.

This may be (probably is) a simple fix but I’d appreciate some pointers on what to be looking for.
