Hi everyone I have a 81 camaro z-28 I’m having a starting issue . I have 12 volts at starter from battery. On the ignition side of the starter I have only 4 volts when trying to start. I tested voltage with wire disconnected from starter I have 12 volts but when connected I have half can anyone help with this issue?
