swaping car engine and trans

can you put a 97 v-tech engine and standard trans into a lexus ES300 body?

yeah, you can swap the engine but it is not a good option for cars because the between body and engine have resemblance with factory fitting. My friend did the same mistake and while driving on the highway car engine stuck so he has to call the
24-hour towing services in Manhattan to rescue his car.
