I have a 2005 Honda Element that I bought used and neither the turn signals nor the hazard lights work, I’ve checked the bulbs and they are perfectly fine. Do you have any idea what the issue may be?

It could be a problem with the hazard switch. Both the turn signals and the hazards run through that switch. You might also find this info helpful. http://www.ericthecarguy.com/faq/solving-automotive-electrical-problems
