      Hi,

I have a 1994 Ford Mustang V8 5 Liter engine. The ignition module has continuously failed I have replaced it 4 times. I have replaced the ignition coil and distributor but the module has continued to fail any ideas as what it could be?

Are all the failed modules from the same source?

Edit: Sorry just remembered that the first one I replaced was from a different source. The rest have been from the same source.

I would think you have two possibilities then.
First would be a lot issue with the replacement units.
              Might try a OEM module.
The other is you have a issue on how the car is controlling the ignition module causing it to fail prematurely.
For that you’ll need to do some research on exactly how and what is controlling the module and how to properly test for the correct the signals.
