      i have a 2001 chevy malibu 168000 miles the horn only works if the steering wheel is turned but if going straight it does not work any one have any ideas?

        Sounds like a bad clockspring. Do you have an airbag warning light?

          no airbag light or any other light is on

            Are there anymore more “glitches”, blinkers? Cruise control? My thoughts is clockspring also
