[05 Mustang Gt] Anyone here good with the locking mechanisms?

Bought new key fobs. Have does this before and programmed no issue. After doing the programming on multiple Fobs the unlock doesnt work. The lock, trunk and panic works but not the unlock. Then tried the unlock button on the door itself and it still doesnt work work. Anyone know why everything with the locks and fobs would work but not the unlock? I assume the lock and unlock are different fuses.
