Snowblower Smackdown With a Tuff Torq Transmission Reseal
This video chronicles the re-sealing of a Tuff Torq Transmission out of a Cub Cadet LTX 1050KW. I also cover the replacement of the transmission drive belt and some other maintenance items on this tractor with a Kawasaki FR691V engine. Lastly, I share information on attaching and maintaining a 2 stage snowblower attachment for lawn tractors of this type.
Even after repairs, I’m still under $1000 for this entire set up I pretty much bought off of FB Marketplace. Although I plan to get some chains before the next snowstorm to help with traction.
I hope this information is helpful.
