Preferably, you would take to a shop and have it patched from within.
Another possibility would be to remove the wheel and have a plug inserted.
Last ( and worse option ) would be to us a Fix-A-Flat sealant.
Depending on the size of the puncture, it may or may not seal it.
Also be aware you need to inform any shop if your having tire service performed that you have a tire with that inside for safety reasons.
