This is the biggest restructuring of my shop since I moved in 8 years ago. Yes, I’ve been in my shop about 8 years now (it’s 2019 at the time of this posting).
I’m extremely pleased with the new set up. Not only is it organized, but everything is inventoried. No more purchasing duplicate parts or tools because I can’t find them. That didn’t happen often, maybe once, but the time that will be saved when looking for ‘something’ is going to add up, which is what I’m most excited about.
My shop is 3000sqft. It was built to work on tractor trailers. You can park 2 trucks side by side in the shop with trailers. I always get asked this question when I post these videos.
Have you ever reorganized your shop or workspace? If so, how did you do it? Are you thinking of reorganizing? If so, did you get any ideas from this video?
I look forward to your comments.
