I have this code coming up on a 1999 Honda Accord. P1381–Cylinder Position (CYP) Sensor Intermediate Interruption.

What does that really mean? Engine or sensor problem? And is it worth getting fixed?

That’s a very common code with aftermarket Honda distributors. If you have an aftermarket distributor, I would suggest swapping it out for an OE unit to eliminate the problem.
