This is actually my second Xbox repair video. In the first I repaired the RRD, in this one I tackle the disc read error. I'm not going to claim to be an Xbox expert, I just make videos of how to fix things and if I'm actually able to fix it, I post a video. This video includes the complete disassembly of the Xbox 360 slim including the disc drive. If you're not successful with cleaning the laser then you may want to try replacing it.
