Borrowing Tools -ETCG1
Borrowing tools is something we’ve all done at some point. I think it’s how we handle this exchange that makes it a good thing or a bad thing. Some people are really good about it, others, not so much. When we borrow or lend something, we enter kind of an unwritten contract with that person. The lender agrees to lend and the borrower agrees to use the tool and return it in the same condition. This doesn’t always happen and can be a source of frustration. I say if you borrow it more than once, you should consider getting one of your own. If however you’re a ‘good’ tool borrower, I’ll be a lot more lax about that rule. It’s all about context I suppose. So what are your experiences borrowing and lending tools?
