Do No Harm -ETCG1
The other week a Civic came into the shop with a broken timing belt. After taking everything apart, I found that someone had damaged the tensioner during the last timing belt installation. I decided to make this video “Do No Harm” in response to this situation.
As a professional technician, you want to do the best job possible. Some people fall short of this goal for a variety of reasons. I cover some of those potential reasons, and possible solutions in this video.
What are your experiences with situations like this? Have you had to deal with the poor workmanship of others? Have you had a fail like this as a result of not knowing proper procedures?
Lots of questions with this one.
