Any good techniques on installing a 4 point strut bar?

Actually quite a few with stock engine feel the dramatic improvement with the bar on. Probably b/c the car is old and any stiffness is good. But I have driven my buddy’s car and it handles well with the bar on. His is stock height and engine. 91 Accord.
