03 Dodge Ram 1500 P0111

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.9 and it gives me a P0111 code but only when the temperature outside drops around 55*. I don’t notice much other than the check engine light and the idle is a bit slower 100-200RPM~ but it does not stall or anything else. The only thing i have done to try and fix it was cleaning the air filter. If anyone has any advised i would appreciate that, thanks.
