06 Acura MDX misfire(s)

Hi all and thanks in advance. I have an 06 MDX throwing P0300-P0306 (misfire on all cylinders). 310,000 miles. All maint has been done routinely for the last 6 years. The codes started coming up about a year ago but never actually had any misfire and the car drove fine. It just started bogging now when trying to accelerate and seems to really be misfiring. Things already tried: New plugs and all 6 coils (Honda OEM) oil change, timing checked.

Any help would be appreciated!
