1996 Plymouth Voyager 2.4L crank no start no codes

Mostly an update on my earlier post. Not a fuel issue here. I am leaning towards a faulty PCM. I am getting +12 at the coil pack B+ only not on the cylinders 1&4 and 2&3 no volts at all. Thus no spark. The coil pack secondary resistance checks correctly with service manual resistance test. I have tested all the relays based upon the guidance learned from the video ERIC the car guy posted. Found them to be all good. No blown fuses. No codes at all with the OBD-II tester connected. The M.I.L. status all report ready. The troubleshooting guide via the car’s service manual indicates a failure with the P.C.M. and recommends that I take the car into the local dealer for diagnosis and possible replacement of the P.C.M. That sure sounds expensive to me. Anybody got any way to communicate to these computers? Or is there any back door to clear and re-learn. Sure is weird to be running so good for so long then wham-mo no more start for you. Other items I did try to no avail. I replaced auto shut down & fuel pump relays, coil pack, crank position sensor, fuel pump and fuel filter, spark plugs, oil and filter, and verified T.D.C. of the cams to crank. Sure cranks over nicely.
