Hello, is it normal that everytime i press the gas pedal my fuel gauge goes down slowly. Especially in uphill, also i have noticed that it consumes more gas. I have already consulted with the local mechanics but they have no answer

Fuel is liquid. It will move inside the tank and the level reading will change as a result. As for fuel consumption:
