Hi there, new guy here. I’ve got a 98 civic dx with a bad ac tensioner pulley and I would like to replace the bearing. Having trouble finding the right one. Schematics show details for a cover, bearing but it’s a cheap part and I have my doubts that it’s the right part. Thanks

Are you saying the complete part you have is incorrect or that the bearing itself is incorrect?
Most bearing have a number stamped on it and can be cross referenced.
If not, you’ll need to measure the bearing dimensions IE ..O.D., I.D., Height.
From there you can do a search on BOCA bearings, they have a search on their web sight that will show (inputting the dimensions) all possible bearing they have in stock.

Thanks, I ended up bringing the bearing to a bearing distributor and matching it up. Otherwise, yes measuring it would have been the next option. I think Honda wants you to just replace the whole assembly…
