2000 civic no spark, new coil/ignighter

      I have a USA market 2000 Honda civic 4dr LX. It has a no spark condition. I followed the basic troubleshooting on Eric’s video, I replaced the coil, then the ICM/ignighter. It has a new cap and rotor. It has power at the main fuse. The fuel injectors are firing.
      I do not have the skills to test anything other than voltage with a multimeter. What are my next steps in order to try and fix this?

        I would check to see if the control signal is present and getting to the ICM

          Thank you. pretend i have absolutely no idea what you just wrote. What is a control signal, and how do i check it, and what do i do if it is not present?
