      You will have to look at a diagram and find out what that broken wire is for.
      It could be the source of your problem.

        Has anyone disconnected the battery recently? How do the terminals look?

        That code is for the KAM for the ECM.

              I was thinking of a BCM for some reason.

                I’m with checking that wire but I would also check ALL of the fuses and fusable links to see if one might be related to the circuit and repair any broken ones.
