I recently replaced my catalytic converter on my 2001 Toyota RAV4 and I want to smog it, however the EVAP Monitor will not reset on the computer and I can’t get it smogged. Does anyone know the drive cycle for the EVAP Monitor for this vehicle or other reasons the EVAP Monitor will not reset? Thanks
