2005 chevrolet cobalt door issue?

Well, i just finished lubing up my regulator assembly and the locking assembly will lock but not with the power door locks, it doesn’t look like anything is binding, you need to push/pull harder to get it unlocked and locked but it;’s not much? im wondering if anyone else has this problem?

what do you have to push on? the power door lock button? the door its self? does the key fob work?

when i click the door lock button on the door, and on the remote, it doesnt go to lock, it will unlock no problem. , i have to physically push the button down

sounds like a door lock actuator. this is the built into the latch it’s self and as long as it is still plugged in (and at the switch too) you need a new one.
