I am looking to replace the plugs and wires on my 2005 Hyundai Tucson. I was inquiring to see if anyone has any tips for simplifying the removal of the intake manifold on this particular engine. Its a 2.7 V6. I would like to not have to remove the throttle cable. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck just unbolting the surge tank from the throttle body and then removing it. The space seems tight for that. That is the method I’ve always used on Hondas. Also there are the three bolts in the back that have to be removed more or less by feel. Any input would be helpful.
Thank you.
