      There is seemingly no set pattern for what I am describing. First I get no check eng light . I checked for codes and No codes on the reader. The emission portion of the reader has a “YES” . Some times when Im out like go to the store turn off engine ,come back go to start and it just turns over and dosent start . Ill crank for 10 to 15 seconds , then wait about that long and try again and it will start. It runs ok ,no other issues. It doesn’t seem to matter if the engine is cold or running temp when this happens. Dosen’t seem to matter what the outside temp is either. There are no unusual engine noises, And there is no set patern . It might happen once in a week then go a week with no problem and it may happen twice in the week after. Puzzled.

        The first thing that comes to mind is a fuel pump check valve but 10-15 seconds is long even for a fuel pressure problem. Does your code reader give you any PID’s to read?

          You would need to find what is lacking fuel or spark.
          I Know the crank sensors on these cars are a problem.

            Thank you for replying . I have a Autel maxiscan not too expensive and I checked the manual for this scanner and I dont see anything about PID’s so it must not be capable to check PID’s After reading what PID’s are about that would be a good feature to have. Thanks again

              The scanner would need live data capability.

                Crank sensors; . I guess that is something to think about . If a guy knew when that was going to happen he could get a reading on fuel pressure ,but the way I see it the pressure should read ok when it dont act up . I wonder about that sensor .There should be a way to test it with a multimeter , however I would think the same would apply . This crap all in the name of AIR QUALITY which is ok as far as breathing but its tough for everyone to figure out .Maybe my cap is lose on my tire valve . hahahah Thanks College man we appreciate you and all other’s who try to help us that are not as familiar with these 4 wheels computers.
