2015 rav 4 100k miles update

So I noticed this morning before I drove my dads 2015 rav 4 that there was a little bit of fluid on the garage floor just below where the front of the vehicle sits the fluid was a light red and was a little oily to the touch. What could this be? He just recently serviced all fluids about a month ago. Also at 98k he got new plugs and filters. I checked under the motor and trans and didn’t seem to notice anything odd except some rust on the exhaust and surface rust on the transmission pan. But no leaks were visible. What could be causing this fluid on the garage floor? Any ideas would be real helpful
