Can 0w-16 oil be used on this engine even though Honda says 0w-20?

Using a different viscosity of oil that is not found in the owner’s manual would just accelerate the wear and tear of the engine unless a service bulletin was released by Honda stating that 0w-16 is okay for your engine.
