Hello there i am wondering if i go and replace the rod bearings in my 4.0 do i have to pull it apart or can i do it in the jeep i would rather not have to pull the jeep apart for the 3 time this year and if i do one should i do all 6 of the rod bearings in the jeep like to hear back fro you guys or a good video of someone doing it in my 2002 jeep grand cherokee 4.0

that helps a lot but another question is if i replace just the CONNECTING ROD bearing do i have to replaces all of the bearings in the jeep and how do i know what undersized bearings would i need dose it tell me on them what ones i need or will i have to talk them out and take them to a napa and get them to measure them out for us and the sound just started happening on the jeep

Its recommended you do all but you don’t have to. When the bearing is removed the size will be stamped
on it.can i replace all of them when it is still in the jeep with out pulling the head on it
