91 Integra T-Stat bolts

Hey all,
Trying to replace my T-stat in my 91 Acura integra hatch 5 speed. I got the top bolts out but the bottom one that is impossible to access due to the the starter is seized and rounded over. On top of that. vice grips wont seem to grab it, they keep sliding off. There is no room to get a socket on it and the starter cant come out with out dropping tranny. cant get a drill or saw in there either. any thoughts?

Thank you, I have seen this. But unfortunately the problem is that the bolt is already buggered up and seized. On top of that mine is a Gen 2 which has less working space and more interference issues than the gen three, in the video.

thanks. i have a set of those. I am currently trying to get starter and harness out so that I have enough room to hammer the 10mm/ 3/8 on …wish me luck. that bottom starter bolt is a b*&ch to get to
