Is the timing belt broke or stretched and how are you verifying the timing marks are not lining up? Did you just service the vehicle?

I would take it back to the shop that did you last timing belt change and have them do it again. Otherwise you can take it somewhere else or do it yourself. The only way to fix it is to remove the belt, align your marks and reinstall the belt. Eric has put together a detailed video on this job that you can purchase and download.

It would be great if you could give us a little more information, have your recently done a timing belt or has someone else? If that is the case you should go back and check the work. If this is not the case then your timing belt may have broken or jumped time in which case you will need to replace it, I would recommend replacing the water pump at the same time for good measure.
