99 Accord Clutch Hydraulic line

I have a 99 Accord with a manual trans. I’m planning to change the clutch hydraulics out. Slave and master cylinder. However I read there was a TSB about the nylon slave and masters needing the line replaced.
So if there was a TSB and this isn’t been done, will the dealer cover the cost of the line?
Or is there a better option than having to pay $200 for a new line.

A TSB is not a recall.
Unfortunately, this also means that Honda will not give you any parts for free.
I’m not aware of any alternative to the Honda line.
