I have a question, not sure if anybody here can answer this. My brother’s 2006 Honda Pilot Ex seems to be having a problem with the a/c adapter outlet in the center consul. it’s the one that has a 15v/100w house outlet. last week, my brother said it stopped working all of a sudden. however all the other a/c adapter outlets seem to work just fine. My guess is either there’s a fuse that’s blown or the outlet itself is just toast. I was tinkering around with it today and was not able to locate a fuse for that outlet, so I’m wondering if it even has a fuse or if maybe the outlet itself is just shot and needs replacing?

Re-check the fuses. That circuit will be fused somewhere. If you think it is bad, check for power coming into it.
