A/C Not working

      I’m not familiar with Mazda but some some AC systems have variable displacement compressor so its normal for it to stay on continuously as opposed to cycling on and off.

          My first thought if it wasn’t working would be that there was a leak, and all the refrigerant was gone. Hey then, now’s the best time to replace all the O-rings and then vacuum the system and see if it holds vacuum. Then add some refrigerant with dye to s

            Any way you slice it you’re going to need a gauge set. If you’re not comfortable working on it I would highly recommend taking it to a professional

                If you don’t find leaks in the external system it’s possible the leak is in the evaporator housing in which case a ‘sniffer’ would be more effective at finding the leak.
