I know the forum has sections for your own how to’s and what not. I think ETCG Wiki would be really handy for searching for information on Various Cars and trucks and Various things to repair them. The Other cool thing about a wiki is the content can be user generated for a centralized knowledge base. Wiki’s really make that type of thing really nice and concise too.

I think you’d be surprised at the effectiveness of the forum’s search function at the top of the page. You can actually narrow it down to a particular vehicle as well as other parameters. That coupled with the ‘how to’ forums I believe pretty much cover what you’re asking for.
