Just 2 days ago on the way back home I noticed a vibration and sound after driving for 10mins. It sounded like a Flat ,I pulled over and checked the tires. No issue with pressure, side wall bubble, or damage (Tires only have 15K on them). Had the car aligned yesterday 0.29 degrees off toe in. The sound & vibration still occurring. It happens only around 40-60mph

Do you feel the vibration through the steering wheel ? what brand tires are you running ? ( not all tires are created equal ) try swapping the tires front to back and see if the vibration moves or changes. make sure to torque the lug nuts to the proper specs.

There is a slight vibration, I don’t think it’s the tires (Cooper CS4 (560 TredW) my second set, no previous issues ) I’ll Swap and re-torque.

I had that exact issue and it turned out to be a separated belt inside the tire. There.were no visual clues on the outside the tire that anything was wrong and balancing had no effect
The issue didn’t go away until that tire was replaced.

+1 to everyone’s suggestions thus far. Also do a visual to see if you are missing any wheel weights.

Had a similar problem. If you have the rim edge hammer wheel weights. Try balancing the wheels using only stick on weights. Sometimes the hammer edge rim weights produce a creaking sound. Also check for debris stuck between tire threads. Had a pebble trapped between brake rotor and shield.

To be honest that car doesn’t like Cooper tires, you’d be driving a different car altogether if you ran Michelins trust me. I’m with the group it sounds like a tire issue. Alignments have NOTHING to do with noise or vibration rotating assemblies are responsible for that and considering your description of the problem the most likely suspect is the tires.
