Car shakes at stop when holding brake pedal?

I notice that when im at a stop, and i hold the pedal down for a little while the car starts to shake a bit, almost like the engine is stalling a little. Is this normal or could it be a bad mount?

Easy enough to check for a worn motor mount.
Raise the hood with the engine running and watch the top of the motor.
Put the vehicle in gear with your foot on the brake and apply a little gas.
There should be minor movement of the engine.
If you observe the engine raising up then your most likely looking at a worn mount.
