Car stalls when when i put it in neutral.

Hi all,

I have a 99 Acura Integra and im having a weird problem. When my cars gets warm to normal temp. it will idle just fine, but when i press the clutch in my RPMs drop and the car almost stalls.. also when im driving and put the car in neutral the RPMs just drop and the car stalls 95% of the time. Could it be my idle control control valve?? or is it something more serious?

I would start with the IAC.Try tapping on it with the handle
of a screw driver to see if the idle changes.if it does replace
the IAC.will the car idle correctly if just idling?

yes, car will idle fine. i cleaned the idle control and it still does it… would thrust bearing going bad cause this problem?

Is your battery fine and your alternator working?

When it dies, is it hard to start or easy?

Any difference in being cold or fully warm in relation to stalling and ease of starting again?

yea both are good.. it only stalls when im driving and shift the neutral and when i press the clutch in the rpms will drop low and almost stall

It could be thrust bearings. This video will show what to look for.
