Catalytic Converter Stolen on 2005 Honda Element

Just like Eric, I got my catalytic converter stolen of my 2005 Honda Element. I was able to remove the remainder of the old cutoff intake pipe. But on the other side they have cut the flange on the pipe coming from the muffler-resonator.

How do I replace the flange on the muffler-resonator side, to be able to connect it to the new cat.

Sorry to hear that. They sell flanges separate that can be welded on. Otherwise you’ll likely have to replace the pipe, which is what I ended up doing.
