We can hear you just fine, no need to yell.

        Looks like it’s head gasket.
How expensive? Presuming it’s transverse engine? It’s about 9 hr job I believe. Plus parts. What’s ongoing rate in Canada? Presuming you are in Ca, with Km-s mentioned. It’s roughly $100 dealer here in the USA.

On your van, engine has to come out, no room for the head to come off. Engine has to come out the front, so radiator, ac condensor, grill, I think even the bumper has to come off. Then the intake has to come off to get clearance for the engine to be lifted out.

Its also one thing to replace a head gasket, its a whole other thing to diagnose WHY the gasket failed!

Just to be sure, we are talking about the electrode end of the spark plugs?

Be very sure that the heater hose that runs close to #4 cylinder is not leaking. The quick connects were notorious for leaking and dripping down on the manifold. It will fill the spark plug well with coolant and short out the plug. When you remove the plug the coolant will cover the tip of the plug.
