Took my 2013 kia rio in for a warranty inspection and I have surprised the dealer told me all my tires are off balance, and one rim is warped. I dont feel vibration most of the time when I’m driving. I initially took it in because my neighbor who was a mechanic told me one of my mounts has too much play because I would feel too much vibration at idle at times, but dealer checked mounts and said they are fine.I am confused. Is some intermittent vibration normal when starting the car or stopped at a light?

      I have attached a video

Your video is useful only if anyone know how much flex your mounts are suppose to have.
There is normally some movement from the engine / transmission mounts when a load is applied due to the fact they are rubber encased.
A visual inspection for torn rubber will tell you if they are faulty.

As to your tires and rim issue.
If you have replaced your tires, I would go back to where you had them mounted and balanced.
        As to the warped rim.
Hitting a pot hole, curb etc could cause a issue..
Again a tire balance will show a bent or warped rim.
