deleting day time running lights

I want to not have running day time lights. How do I go about doing this? I burn out bulbs faster with day time running lights how to remove what from its circuit.? Its a 2010 Suzuki grandvitara SUV?

If the vehicle came with DRL you may not be able to legally disable it. However if you are you might look for a fuse for them and remove the fuse.

+++1 on the above.You could either change the bulbs to led or
remove the bulbs.This way no major modification. 🙂
