Front wheelbearings 66 gmc 1/2 ton ? how to tighten?

Hi fellow members. Merry Christmas. Having read and viewed some videos on wheel bearings, my ? is how to tighten using channel locks (pressure). I think I may have over tightened as it takes some force to turn the drum, does not turn freely. I’m not sure what to look for. I feel the bearings are done right lots of grease and well packed also lots of grease in the hub, new seals and bearings used.

I found this with a quick 30 second Google search. It should help as this is a very basic procedure.

Also, make sure that the rear brake shoes are adjust correctly so you feel some drag on the drum as you try to rotate it.
