So I was fiddling around in the engine bay, changing some coolant hoses and I needed to take the fuel lines that go in the fuel rail. It took quite a bit of effort, but I got it out. The problem is that now I can’t put it back in. It seems to always go at an angle and when I go to tighten it, it goes a couple of cycles and it stops… I have no idea what size the fitting is to try an fit a normal bolt to try and clean up the damaged threads on the female line… The stupid part is that I don’t really see that much damage anyway… only two threads seem to slightly bent…

      Any help

You may be able to put the right size dye on it. sometimes you can fix the threads with a rectangular file.
