FYI mitsubishi Montero

      my uncle was working on a 98 montero sport, he had to remove the heads, he did not do a good job of marking the plug wires to coil ratio, he went to his local parts store and they gave him this info

      Note the spark plugs that are on each coil pack, 4&1,5&2 and 6&3 this is the same info i got from Alldata.

      this show the orientation of the coil pack.
      Problem is with this setup car wont start up, i did some research and told him to try this setup below

      :ohmy: low and behold it started instantly

          Thanks for the info. I’m going to move this to the proper section of ‘Repair Central’. Thanks again. BTW you only have to make sure you get the 2 cylinders on the same coil. The coil fires both cylinders at the same time so you can mix the wires up on the coil but not from coil to coil. I’ll cover why this is in a future video.
