My apologies if this is repetitive. I have a 2008 Chevy express 1500. The heat only works when I reach speeds of 20moh or greater. I have replaced blower motor and the resistor. Was thinking it’s a heater core issue but I am not certain. I have not replaced the thermostat yet either.. any help would be appreciated!
