Would it be possible to program a 2016 Honda accord remote fob to use on my 2010 Honda pilot? Could I be able to do it myself through the normal key programming or would i need a locksmith/dealer to do it?

      Thanks
      Mike

Probably not. Check the FCC ID on the back of the ’16 fob against the FCC ID for a ’10 fob. No matchy, no worky. But a ’10 fob should be cheap on eBay…

What if I had a professional locksmith/programmer try to program it? Would still not be able to work?

          Thanks

You’d probably spend more on a locksmith/programmer than you would for a fob of the right year and model.

Take it to a locksmith and see what he/she has to say.
